Our Team

Jeff Roser (Managing Director)

Jeff was a founding member of WIP in 2010 and has been working in the insurance sector specialising in income protection claims management since 2000. Prior to this Jeff was a 20 year Union Official (with over 50 employees), a Trustee on two Industry Superannuation Fund, Deputy Chairperson for National Chemical Council (Fed Gov’t), Deputy Chairperson on three National Training Development Schemes (Fed Gov’t). Jeff was also a member of the NSW Security Industry Council and Security Industry Consultative Committee (NSW Gov’t)

Jason Potter-Rose (CEO)

Jason has the responsibility for the end-to-end business model, providing strategic insight and leadership into the continued growth of our partners. Jason has over 25 years of insurance industry experience, most of which as a market leader of Sales and Marketing. Jason was WIP’s initial Chairman.

Larry Flynn (Head of Distribution)

With over 20 years of Health insurance industry experience, Larry is responsible for the overall sales & distribution of The WIP Group. He provides the team strategic leadership and ensures the continued growth of the Group.

Vanessa Hodge (Head of Operations)

Vanessa has extensive experience in administration and process improvement. She has been part of WIP since 2016 and is currently the client liaison for their other Superannuation clients.

The Insurance Council of Australia Limited has developed the General Insurance Code of Practice (“the Code”), which is a voluntary self-regulatory code. The Code aims to raise the standards of practice and service in the insurance industry.
